DNDN co-founder celebrates London Calibre Leadership programme

DNDN was thrilled to be invited to help celebrate the London NHS Calibre Leadership programme by providing a disabled NHS leader to present graduation certificates to recent participants in the course delivered to NHS staff.  With this year’s event hosted by Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and held at St Pauls Church in Hammersmith, it was an easy decision for DNDN co-founder Tom Hayhoe, who chairs West London NHS Trust which provides local mental and community health services, to tweak his diary to attend.  “I was very impressed by the enthusiasm of the participants for the course, in particular how it had added to their skills and built their confidence” said Tom at the end of the event.

Led by Ossie Stuart, the Calibre programme has been running for several years for staff in higher education and more recently in the NHS.  More information is available at Home | Calibre Leadership Programme (ossiesway.com).
